Individual Organisation Grants

- Registered in an eligible Commonwealth Foundation member country (Zimbabwe and all SADC Commonwealth members qualify)
- Minimum three years of registration and operation
- At least three years’ demonstrable experience relevant to the proposed project and the Foundation’s strategic impact areas
- Significant experience working in the communities where the project will be delivered
Relevant experience includes constructive engagement between civil society and decision-makers, or using arts and creative expression to influence narratives, policy, or public discourse.
Collective Action Grants
This stream is open to:
- Not-for-profit networks, coalitions, alliances, or platforms of CSOs, community-based organisations, groups, creative actors, or creative collectives
- Entities in eligible Commonwealth Foundation member countries
Important: If the network or collective itself is not a registered organisation, a registered civil society organisation that is a member must act as the lead applicant on its behalf.
