World Leaders Convention 2027 is the third edition of an international leadership summit organized by the Organization for Global Policy & Dialogue (OGPD). Following successful editions in Madrid (2025) and Brussels (2026), the 2027 convention takes place in Vienna, Austria—a city renowned for its diplomatic heritage and international cooperation.
The program runs from February 3–6, 2027, bringing together students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, policymakers, researchers, and emerging leaders from across the globe. Through keynote addresses, interactive workshops, policy dialogues, and networking sessions, participants develop practical leadership skills and build international connections.

What the Fully Funded Scholarship Covers
The Fully Funded category is highly competitive and includes comprehensive support for selected delegates:

Only 20 Fully Funded opportunities are available. Applicants who apply for the Fully Funded category are automatically considered for 30 Partially Funded opportunities during the same evaluation process.

Eligibility Requirements
World Leaders Convention 2027 welcomes applications from diverse backgrounds with the following criteria:
- Age between 17 and 40 years at the time of the convention
- Demonstrated interest in leadership, public policy, diplomacy, governance, innovation, entrepreneurship, or sustainable development
- Open to all academic and professional backgrounds—no specific degree required
- Enthusiasm for learning, personal growth, and international dialogue
- Willingness to collaborate and contribute to cross-cultural discussions
- Good command of English (all sessions conducted in English)
- Commitment to full participation throughout the four-day convention
- All nationalities, cultures, and professional sectors welcome
Previous leadership experience is not mandatory. The convention specifically seeks individuals passionate about creating positive impact in their communities.

Application Process
Follow these steps to apply for World Leaders Convention 2027:

- Select your participation category: Fully Funded (competitive), Self-Funded ($699), Forum Access Pass ($399), or Invitation Only ($99)
- Complete the online application form with personal details, background information, and motivation statement
- Submit required supporting documents as specified in the application
- Pay any applicable fees: The Fully Funded category requires a non-refundable, non-transferable application fee
- Wait for evaluation: Self-Funded and Forum Access Pass applications process within 2–3 working days; Fully Funded applications undergo competitive evaluation with results announced after the deadline
Applicants may submit without a passport, but should obtain one promptly to avoid visa processing delays if selected.
Alternative Participation Options
For those not seeking competitive funding, three paid categories guarantee participation:
- Forum Access Pass ($399): Full access to all sessions, meals during summit hours, merchandise, and certificate—ideal for guaranteed participation without competitive selection
- Self-Funded ($699): Includes shared accommodation, meals, full program access, and certificate for participants covering their own expenses
- Invitation Only ($99): Flexible entry point with option to upgrade; amount fully credited toward other categories
