What Is the Kectil Program?
The Kectil Program (Knowles Educational and Charitable Trust for International Leadership) is the flagship initiative of the Malmar Knowles Family Foundation. It is a merit-based platform designed to bridge the gap between ambitious young minds and their readiness to perform as ethical leaders, social entrepreneurs, and grassroots innovators.
Unlike traditional scholarships focused on academic degrees, Kectil is a practical leadership incubator. Over 10 years, it has built a network of 14,000+ youth leaders across 100+ countries. The 2027 program is provided completely free to all accepted applicants.

The application is a four-step online process:
