Overview
The Paris-Panthéon-Assas Eiffel Scholarship 2027 is a fully funded opportunity for international students to pursue master’s and doctoral degrees at Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas in France. The scholarship covers living expenses and transportation for the 2027-2028 academic session. This program is part of the France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship, administered at the institutional level by Assas.
For African applicants from Zimbabwe and the SADC region, this represents a significant opportunity to study law, economics, finance, politics, or international relations at one of France’s leading universities—without tuition fees at qualifying public institutions.

- Valid passport

How to Apply
The application process involves two distinct tracks: university admission and Eiffel nomination. Follow these steps carefully:
- Access official materials: Download the Assas Eiffel announcement, candidate commitment charter, and associated attachments from the official source.
- Clarify program details: Email Christel Vallantin at [email protected] for program-list clarification and directions. Note: This email is not for case submission.
- Prepare your dossier: Gather all required documents. For doctoral applicants, review the thesis proposal, external expert evaluation, expert CV, financing strategy, and supervision materials.
- Reconcile discrepancies: Request that Assas clarify any differences between the national Eiffel guide and its institutional checklist.
- Submit university application: Follow your program instructions and Assas’s admissions guidelines. Verify the relevant process, timetable, and fees—these vary by study mode.
- Respond to queries: Answer Assas’s follow-up questions if your dossier is accepted.
- Obtain nomination confirmation: Assas must endorse your Eiffel candidacy.
- Continue admissions planning: While waiting for the national Eiffel verdict, proceed with your university admission plans.
Key distinction: University funding does not guarantee the national prize, and a scholarship dossier does not replace an entrance application. Admission is determined by the university’s own process.
Deadline
The last date to apply is 5 November 2026 at 15:00 Paris time. Do not confuse this institutional deadline with any later national submission stage.
