Advice for Zimbabwe and SADC Region Applicants
While this scholarship is restricted to Nigerian nationals, applicants from Zimbabwe and the broader SADC region should note Imperial College London’s reputation for Chemistry research and the structure of UK Masters funding. Similar department-specific scholarships may exist for other nationalities—contact Imperial’s international office to inquire about alternatives. If you hold dual Nigerian nationality, you may be eligible provided you meet the residency and study requirements.
For SADC students considering UK postgraduate study generally: begin securing references and English language qualifications (IELTS/TOEFL) 12-18 months before intended entry, as these are typically required for admission offers that precede scholarship applications.
