Eligibility Requirements

About the Partners

ARC Ltd. (African Risk Capacity) is a specialised agency of the African Union established to help member states improve their capacity to plan, prepare and respond to climate and disaster risks.

GSSP (Global Shield Solutions Platform) is managed by Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Its contributors include Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Ireland, the EU Commission and the Vulnerable Twenty (V20) Group of Finance Ministers.
