Program Overview
The Emirates Group Elevate Internship Program 2027 is a fully funded six-month internship based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This marks the first time Emirates Group has opened this opportunity to foreign nationals, making it accessible to talented candidates from Zimbabwe, the SADC region, and across the globe.
The internship runs from 11 January 2027 to July 2027. Participants gain hands-on experience across corporate functions while receiving comprehensive financial support that covers living expenses, travel, and visa arrangements.

Financial Benefits

Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to candidates from all nationalities, including Zimbabwe and SADC countries. You must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be in your final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, OR have graduated less than one year before the internship start date
- Hold a strong academic record
- Have completed at least one previous internship, preferably with a multinational or international organisation
- Be available to work full-time in Dubai for the full six-month duration
- Not have previously completed an internship with the Emirates Group
No application fee is required.
Selection Process
The Elevate Internship Program is highly selective with limited places available. The process follows four stages:
- Online application: Submit your application through the official Emirates Group Careers portal
- Online assessments: Complete required evaluations
- Interviews: Participate in selection interviews
- Final selection and placement: Successful candidates receive placement offers in their assigned function area
